we had a great weekend spent at home! after relaxing friday night we worked ALL day saturday around the house! it's sooo much fun to go away for weekends but it always seems like so much work to catch up! we got a lot done though and were exhausted on saturday night! after church and a nap for maddie we headed out to our friends parents on sunday! they live about 20 minutes away on some beautiful land! we had so much fun out there & i think maddie would have stayed forever if we let her! she may just be a country girl ;)
she's been saying some silly things lately! i've been trying really hard to teach her please and thank you so instead of telling me "no" she says "no please"! now what am i supposed to say to that? the other day johnny ran upstairs and i saw her at the bottom of the stairs yelling "johnny, johnny"!! she's also always telling mocha "hush mocha"! it's scary what and echo they are! johnny always tells her "daddy's gonna get you" and chases her. today she started saying it back over and over! she makes us laugh so much!
