9 months

Whoa.  Where does the time go?  I cannot believe that my boy is 9 months old already!  As I'm sitting her listening to him cry scream himself to sleep I'm going to do my best to try and talk about how sweet he is!  Eli has a personality that's for sure!  He loves to scream at us BUT he also has the most infectious smile and the SWEETEST laugh!  He can truly light up a room!  He's all boy and doesn't ever STOP!  All day long he crawls from one room to another and follows his big sister everywhere!  Yesterday he was in the front yard catching grasshoppers ;) 

 

Here's what he's up to at 9 months:

 

*  sleeping has gotten a bit better this last week - thank goodness!!!!  he's sleeping from 7:30-8:00 to 8:00-9:00 (sometimes waking for a bottle at 5:00 or so)

* usually only taking one nap a day for 1-2 hours

*  crawling and cruising everywhere

* eating 3 times a day. we've started people food but also still do baby food because the people food is usually on the floor!

*  drinking between 24-32 oz of formula a day

*  clapping!!!! yay!!!!

*  saying "baba" "dada" "mama" (usually not directed at anyone/thing)

*  wearing 6-12/12-18 month clothes

*  size 3 diaper

* growing more and more hair and it's starting to flip up in the back
