4 1/2

Maddie turned 4 1/2 this week which apparently is a BIG deal! Now she can say she's 4 1/2 which is sooooo much older than 4! Ha! We celebrated with a dessert of her choice! She was informed early on there were no presents for 1/2 Birthdays! This has been such a fun age! Other than a few rough days here and there she has been so easy and such a joy to be around! I feel like she's growing up so fast and I'm trying to soak up every minute!

Here's what my 4 1/2 year old is up to:

* pretty girly and loves to play in my jewelry
* loves horses, barbies & princesses
* big time Daddy's girl
* starting (slowly) to learn how to read
* still sucking her thumb (trying HARD to break this habit)
* has a crazy memory
* ends up in our bed every.single.night
* started swimming on her own (we're working on it)
* such a helper with Eli but definitely gets frustrated when he messes with her stuff
* loves playing with friends
